Cannabis Europa London 2026 filled the Barbican on 26–27 May with 61 speakers across 50 sessions on three stages. The programme moved from UK drug policy and the German market in numbers to reimbursement, supply and the capital now entering European cannabis, with regulators, clinicians, investors and operators from 39 countries in the room. The VIP Experience sold out weeks before the doors opened.
