Dr. Callie Seaman is a PhD plant scientist, formulation chemist, entrepreneur, and Co-Founding Director of Aqua Laboratories, the manufacturers behind Shogun Fertilisers. With more than 25 years in hydroponics and cannabis, she has operated at every level of the sector — from legacy market realities to regulated pharmaceutical production.
She was a director of one of the first licensed cannabis cultivation facilities in the UK and served as Co-Chair of the Cannabis Industry Council, helping shape policy during some of the industry’s most formative years. Through her work with Drug Science and as a trustee of MedCan Family Foundation, she has also championed patient access and evidence-based reform.
