Zoé Demange is a highly accomplished public and government affairs professional with extensive experience in the CBD, cannabis and pharmaceutical sectors. She is the co-founder and General Manager of UIVEC, a Paris-based trade association for CBD and medical cannabis, where she drives industry development and leads regulatory dialogue with French and EU authorities. Zoé is also the co-founder of Delos Health, a startup that supports French and international companies seeking to enter the French market and develop their activities.
Committed to empowering women in the legal cannabis market, she is a founding member of the French EntOURage Network in 2021, a platform for women to connect and explore opportunities across the value chain. Zoé regularly takes part in key industry events, including the Global Cannabis Regulatory Summit, which she helped co-organise in Washington, D.C. in March 2025.
With a strong background in health and pharmaceutical European lobbying in Brussels, Zoé combines a deep understanding of public affairs with extensive expertise in medical science.
