With 25 years’ Investment Banking experience, Tristan founded T Capital in May 2023, to deliver institutional and professional investors to select, high conviction private MMJ transactions. Tristan is Europe’s leading Medical Cannabis (MMJ) Investment Banker, having closed over 14 deals in the sector worth over USD$250m. He has been instrumental in exclusively advising and financing leading companies in the European MMJ industry over the last 8 years. Tristan previously founded and led two MMJ Investment Banking groups, firstly as Head of MMJ Europe at Canaccord Genuity in 2018 and latterly as Head of MMJ Advisory at a boutique in Mayfair, in July 2020. Prior to that, Tristan worked in various Corporate Finance roles at J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and UBS. Tristan has a deep network of MMJ investors, companies and advisors, frequently speaks at leading MMJ events and has been widely quoted in the press on the emergence of MMJ as an asset class.
