Peter Reynolds

Peter Reynolds is a veteran of the cannabis reform movement and an expert in the science, medicine, law and politics of cannabis. He first gave evidence to the UK Parliament on the subject in 1983 and has contributed to every drugs inquiry since. He is president of CLEAR Cannabis Law Reform, the UK’s longest established cannabis group and a director of Growth Industries Pharma, which is building the first licensed cannabis cultivation facility in Northern Ireland. He also works as an independent consultant and an expert witness in legal proceedings. His book ‘100 Years of Bad Drugs Policy’, will be published in 2025.
