Paul Atherton is the former CEO and CFO of Heritage Oil, which had a premium listing on the Main Board of the London Stock Exchange and was a member of the FTSE 250. The company was acquired for US$1.6 billion in 2014. He has a corporate finance background with over 20 years’ experience in the international natural resource sectors and is a chartered accountant.
Over the last five years he has made strategic investments in a number of companies and sectors including cannabinoids, medical and pharmaceutical, technology and natural resources and provides management support to a number of them.
