Niall Ivers is Co-Founder and Executive Director at Cantourage UK, where he works across strategy, market development and the systems needed to scale patient access in a fast-evolving healthcare sector. Having helped build the business operationally from an early stage, he brings a practical perspective on how organisations can develop robust, patient-centred models for growth across the UK and Europe.
He is particularly interested in how clinical outcomes data, evidence-led regulation and strong operating models can help establish cannabis-based medicines as a credible and trusted part of modern healthcare. His work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, delivery, and long-term sector development.
Prior to Cantourage UK, he co-founded NICE Partners, a consultancy supporting market development in the medicinal cannabis space.
