Chilam’s mission is to disrupt medicinal cannabis access in Europe with a patient centric approach in order to provide the market with innovative, technology and evidence driven products.She is a highly experienced business executive, who has led multiple award-winning teams of 500+ across the technology industry. Monique has suffered from endometriosis for over 20 years and is a medicinal cannabis patient herself. Under her leadership, Chilam is focussing on research and development of cannabinoid based medicines within the category of Female Pain management as well as the manufacture and distribution of high quality APIs to the wholesale pharmaceutical industry.
