Marie Sanchez is the founder of NOOA Avocats, a boutique law firm based in Paris, France that is dedicated to the life sciences sector (including clients in the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, food supplements and veterinary drugs sectors). She advises and represents the interests of various types of companies in the life sciences industries on regulatory matters (market access, clinical trials, product advertising, compliance, vigilance, etc), assists them with the drafting and negotiation of contracts, and represents them in litigation before French courts as well as before the ECJ. She also has an extensive practice in the cannabis sector, advising clients on regulatory and strategic issues related to both the medical cannabis and wellness hemp markets in France, and representing them in commercial litigations against competitors. Her clients include companies of all sizes, both French and international. She is a member of the Paris and Quebec Bars, The International Bar Association (IBA), and the French Regulatory Affairs Association (AFAR). Marie Sanchez is also co-chair of the International Committee of the International Cannabis Bar Association (INCBA).
