Kingsley has worked in the regulated financial and investment services industry for over 24 years, spending 10 years as a capital markets research analyst focused on company analysis, portfolio construction and risk mitigation. He has spent the past 14 years advising companies on raising over $1.5bn of capital across over 100+ public and private transactions.
Kingsley co-founded Chrystal Capital in 2009 with James Innes. Over the past four years, Kingsley has advised on multiple cannabis investments for various public and private companies, deploying over $200m across 10 cannabis transactions for 375 investors. He has established a deep network of investor, advisor and company relationships across the cannabis industry and is a regular speaker at industry conferences given his extensive industry knowledge and unique European perspective.
Kingsley is the Investment Partner advising Verdite Capital Fund I LP and is responsible for origination, oversight and execution of transactions, he is also a member of the Verdite investment committee.
Kingsley was educated at Cambridge University, before starting his investment banking career in London at Collins Stewart and Investec.
