Professor Jim Mills has been researching and writing about the history of cannabis consumption and regulation around the world for almost twenty five years. He has disseminated his research through three books, a range of articles, and tv and radio appearances. Policy work has included a presentation at the 56th session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, and appointment as Secretary to the Scottish Parliament’s Cross Party Group on Medicinal Cannabis in 2025.
