James is the CEO of Glass Pharms, a pioneering company in high-tech sustainable pharmaceutical cultivation. Glass Pharms, the first licenced producer of medical cannabis flower for CBPMs in the UK, operates a 2.4ha continuous cultivation facility able to achieve UK microbial standards without irradiation.
James trained as a chemist but spent most of his career leading technology companies, building start-ups and in large corporates. He brings a fresh pair of eyes and scientific approach to pharmaceutical cannabis.
