She leads product development, research, and market access initiatives across Europe and Australia, with deep expertise in medicinal cannabis, GMP, and CTD regulatory frameworks. Hélène is particularly focused on translating complex French and Australian regulatory pathways into practical, execution-ready strategies. She has managed multi-stakeholder programs from early R&D through to commercial launch, working closely with clinicians, regulators, and industry partners.
