Guy Coxall

Guy is no stranger to the UK cannabis/hemp industry; former compliance director for the CTA, founder of HempTank and founder of Seed our Future, he is known for his inputs on regulation, his expertise on UK cannabis legislation, his work campaigning for legislative reform and for filling the huge void in support for patients following the legislative change in 2018 where six years later, patients continue to be wrongly arrested, discriminated against and stigmatised for using their medication.
Guy was the first to realise and act on these situations being faced by patients and has since supported over 1500 patients with these issues, supported over 50 patients with driving court cases and holds a 95% success rate.

He was also the lead researcher/author of several reports on driving and co-authored other reports for the Cannabis Industry Council. He is considered the leading expert in the UK on cannabis and driving and is actively challenging the legislation in the courts using a human rights perspective.

He is also challenging the MDA 1971 and the MDR 2001 via the courts, challenging the human rights violations inherent within the legislation and the scientific rationale for cannabis remaining as a Schedule 1/2 controlled substance.
