Prior to joining New Frontier Data as Chief Operating Officer in 2017, Gary put his background of excellence to work and founded ModernMinds to help other companies, leaders and teams achieve their next big, bold goal. From 2012 to 2016, Gary served as Principal of Spire Strategy Consulting (now ModernMinds) and concentrated on bringing the ideas of startups to market. From mobile apps to a completely new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) digital education platform, Gary is committed to seeing the dreams of the entrepreneur come to realization.​

In 2009, Gary helped create FRWD, which was one of the fastest-growing marketing firms during Gary’s tenure as Partner.  Prior to that, as CEO of AdGooRoo, he led a top advertising intelligence firm to skyrocket in the market.​

Gary is well-known for his early accomplishments in marketing technology, from the creation of his first mobile banking app in 1998 to building a market-leading bid management technology now known as Dart Search. ​
