Her aggregate transaction experience in the European cannabis sector amounts to hundreds of millions of euros, and she has been involved in numerous significant industry deals. Franziska combines top tier legal expertise with an executive background, having held senior leadership roles in publicly listed international cannabis companies. Before joining Oppenhoff as an attorney at law, she served as President Europe and Chief Legal Officer, helping to build and scale European operations. This dual perspective enables pragmatic, board ready advice grounded in operational realities.
