Dr. Fischer is a physician and entrepreneur and serves as CEO and Co-Founder of DEMECAN, Germany’s only independent company cultivating medical cannabis domestically. In his role, he holds direct responsibility for pharmaceutical-grade cultivation, GMP-compliant production, and quality management within one of Europe’s most tightly regulated medical cannabis frameworks. Beyond his executive responsibilities, Dr. Fischer is the author of “Alles rund um Cannabis” (“Everything You Need to Know About Medical Cannabis”) and a regular speaker on evidence-based medical cannabis use, regulatory frameworks, and patient access.
