CEO, PGP FARMER

Brahim Sebart is the founder and CEO of PGP Farmer, a French company developing an integrated pharmaceutical facility to produce GACP- and EU-GMP-certified, standardised medical cannabis raw materials and extracts. Under his leadership, Sebart is positioning PGP Farmer as a strategic supplier for Europe, combining high-tech greenhouse cultivation with pharmaceutical processing to help strengthen supply continuity and quality standards across the region.
With 15 years of experience in management and technology consulting for CAC 40 clients, he returned to his native region in Dordogne, in southwest France near Bordeaux, to launch PGP Farmer. PGP Farmer’s team brings together more than 25 years of combined experience in the medical cannabis sector. Committed to an institutional and public health-driven approach, PGP Farmer is an active member of UIVEC and has contributed to the joint assessment submission to France’s Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) as the country prepares the nationwide rollout of medical cannabis. Brahim Sebart is a master graduate market finance and international trading of ESLSCA Business School Paris.
