Based in Prohibition Partners’ Barcelona office, Barbara is an experienced strategy consultant with a focus on the full cannabis & hemp value chain, from cultivation to retail. She has led Prohibition Partners’ consulting practice since September 2019, providing high quality market intelligence and strategic advice on the cannabis market to operators, investors and regulators globally. Barbara brings almost a decade of international experience managing and executing consulting projects, having worked in a number of industries including oil & gas, manufacturing and FMCG, with a focus on regulated market, business strategy and performance optimisation.
