Arnaud Dumas de Rauly is Chairman of VapeSAFER, leading standards-driven safety for Electronic Cannabis Delivery Systems (ECDS) and clarifying their distinction from nicotine ENDS. He also chairs ISO TC 126/SC 3 and CEN TC 437, where he advances practical, testable standards across device design, materials, aerosols, labeling, and quality systems. Arnaud is the Founder & Principal Consultant of MayThe5th, a strategy-to-implementation firm whose programs – the 90-Day Clarity Sprint, Fractional COO Continuity Program, and Supply Chain Optimization System – deliver measurable improvements in quality, lead times, and margins. A former co-founder and CEO of The Blinc Group, he developed methods to improve oil–hardware compatibility and field reliability. He’s an international speaker, fluent in English, French, and Spanish, with an Executive MBA and a Master’s in Engineering.
